This website does not use analytics tools or load external fonts. This notice explains which data may nevertheless be processed when you visit the website or contact us by email. Where the German wording is the legally binding one, the German page governs.

Visiting this website
This website is delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical access data such as your IP address, the time of access, the page visited and information about your browser and device. This data is necessary to deliver and protect the website.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — the legitimate interest in providing a secure and functional website. The data is stored only for as long as it is required for the operation and security of the website.
Contact
If you email office@ragnity.ai or meet@ragnity.ai, your contact details and the content of your message are processed so that your enquiry can be answered. Both mailboxes are provided through Google Workspace, where Google acts as our processor.
The “Request a call” button opens your email client with a message addressed to meet@ragnity.ai. No booking page is loaded and no further provider is involved.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries about services or potential cooperation and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries.
Providing this data is voluntary. Without the necessary contact details, the enquiry cannot be answered. The data is deleted once it is no longer required, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Data transfers
Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. Cloudflare, Inc. and Google LLC are both certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which is what these transfers rely on. Should a certification lapse, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses apply, which both providers have agreed in their data processing agreements.

Cookies and tracking
This website uses no analytics or marketing cookies and does not track its users. Cloudflare checks the browser for signs of automated access and sets one necessary security cookie, which lasts a year.
Invitation-only areas
This policy covers the public pages of this website. Two areas are reached only through a personal link, and each has its own notice covering different data, a different purpose and the one cookie it sets:
- the KI-Check, the personal questionnaire we send before a meeting or workshop — its privacy notice, which is in German, as the KI-Check itself is
- the demonstrator, a clickable prototype we build for a specific conversation — its privacy notice
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict its processing, receive your data in a portable format and object to its processing. You can exercise these rights by emailing office@ragnity.ai.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Austria, the competent authority is the Austrian Data Protection Authority (opens in a new window).
