This website is delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical access data such as your IP address, the time of access, the page visited and information about your browser and device. This data is necessary to deliver and protect the website.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — the legitimate interest in providing a secure and functional website. The data is stored only for as long as it is required for the operation and security of the website.

If you email office@ragnity.ai or meet@ragnity.ai, your contact details and the content of your message are processed so that your enquiry can be answered. Both mailboxes are provided through Google Workspace, where Google acts as our processor.
The “Request a call” button opens your email client with a message addressed to meet@ragnity.ai. No booking page is loaded and no further provider is involved.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries about services or potential cooperation and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries.
Providing this data is voluntary. Without the necessary contact details, the enquiry cannot be answered. The data is deleted once it is no longer required, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Data transfers
Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. Cloudflare, Inc. and Google LLC are both certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which is what these transfers rely on. Should a certification lapse, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses apply, which both providers have agreed in their data processing agreements.
